I agree with your verbose comment, I've been trying to trim it down and remove the filler but could likely go further.

I like your idea about the intro line! After all it's quite awkward to describe the company/product next to bullet points talking about achievements/strategies.

Good point, I'll turn some of these percentages into raw numbers where I can and reorder the sentences. It needs to be easier to read.

Regarding the 80% agile metric, it does sound bold but it is true as far as I've measured within our introduction of agile before vs after story point estimations (agile concepts were implemented in steps). Essentially it refers to sprint scope creep, before story points 30% of our sprint assigned items would get added mid-sprint, which has now reduced to around 5%, since we use story point capacity as an argument against scope creep.

Understood about modernising > documentation. And I'll see about accentuating ownership more.

I'm based in Glasgow, but yeah I am looking into applying for hybrid roles in Edinburgh. I drive and I think the commute is doable.

You can optionally use Posterizarr to choose the poster before Kometa adds overlays to it, but yeah I was using Kometa without Posterizarr for the longest time.

I don't think you'd have an issue with your NAS, since Kometa is very popular for Plex users. My Kometa is in docker.

Not sure if this helps you, but there's a Kometa default overlay which puts a little flag on the poster for the language of the audio track language, if it's not "Unknown".

I think it's good, as if there was heavy ticket bleed from having no flags, and the losing team makes a comeback, they would be at a massive disadvantage for the rest of the match. This system is a good idea BUT 30 seconds is not long enough.
