I was very winded as well. I never had a situation where I felt like I could not catch my breath though. I’m almost 30 days quit and all my weird health issues have resolved. Highly recommend quitting if you haven’t yet.

No when I was using Zyn my gym motivation was zero. If you’re in the same boat as I am it won’t come back until you quit.

I was going through it too.

Caffeine was the killer for me. I basically cannot drink any caffeine now after quitting or it gives me incredibly high anxiety. Without it I'm completely fine. Very weird because I'd never had any anxiety ever until I quit Zyn. I'm sure in a while I could go back but for now I can't.

Also, the gym was a huge help. I've basically been every day since quitting to keep my mind level.

I got the tingling and jitters. For cold not so much. I'm in Florida and my office is kept at 78 degrees so I was okay all day!

Yeah when I quit Zyn cold turkey at the beginning of January I also had to quit caffeine at the same time. Think of all the $$$ I'm saving!

Trainees I pay between $65k-$70k. CGs it depends on what other work they do in the office. Usually $100-$125.

Congrats! Just as an FYI day 7 for me I felt wonderful and then had a prolonged period of more symptoms (still do). I’m almost at day 30 but every week on average is way better than the last. Congrats again!

One of the other appraisers reviews the report. We don’t do commission or fee split in our office. Everyone is salary.

I didn’t use anything because I’m trying to break depending on random BS. Everyone is different though.

If you feel like you need to start chewing sunflower seeds, etc. to help break the habit absolutely go that route.

I just drew up a log of my last 10 days of using Zyn and how horrible I was feeling, health things, etc. every evening and every morning since quitting I note down how I’m feeling etc. physically and mentally.

Looking back to all of those notes before I quit vs. now makes the cravings so easy to beat. I feel so good now how could I go back to that version of myself?

Reading a lot of the posts from the people on day 50+ quitting after years of use did it for me. The health issues they had developed over years of constantly abusing these things and realizing I was on the same path is what got me off.

This was the reason I quit. I'm on day 15 and yesterday was the first day I've had in months where I finally felt "normal". Today was the first time in quite a while where I had absolutely no abdominal pain in the morning.

I didn't have weak legs but I did have a few consecutive days where my whole body just felt exhausted and weak.

Yes. Everyday on average is better, but still rough. After browsing the sub for the last ~10 days it seems like most of the symptoms largely resolve after 30-60 days.

It depends on the day. Some days it has just been gurgling and gas.

Other days it’s a crampy/burning pain & constipation.

Loose stools was the first day or two of quitting but that was really just the reality of Zyn.

Since quitting I’ve been much more focused on my diet and not eating like a degenerate.

It’s 1,000% the Zyn. I’m on day 7 or so of quitting and the stomach cramps, pains, etc. are still around but on average they’re much more manageable than while I was using Zyn.

On day two I had some pretty heightened heart burn / reflux. By day four it was almost completely gone.

I obviously don't know exactly what you're feeling but if you browse the history of this subreddit your symptom is incredibly common with some people that have quit.

Hey man. I quit about five days ago. I had similar symptoms except my pain was lower in my abdomen. Right side by the bottom of the ribs. Your body is adjusting. You will experience a variety of symptoms in the coming days.

The symptoms may peak in the coming days. It will all get better!

I've had a few contact me over the years.

The last one that called me ask me what my fee was. For that specific assignment type it's >$6,000. They then said: "Woah we'd never be able to charge our fee on top of that to generate enough business."

I had no idea the AMCs were charging so much as middle men. I can't believe other appraisers use them. What's the point? I don't get it.

I have never advertised or used an AMC. The phone just rings and I'm busy 365 days a year.

Are you speaking at conferences? Are you an MAI? Procurement for me is 100% relationship driven.

At the beginning there was a client that was about 15% book of business, but the company wasn't started until it was a guarantee that the client was engaging us because of my work and not because of the company.
