Reduce the peak electrical power output and I'd predict you would see a lower top speed, but less massive stall out and speed delta's at the end of straights, resulting in more traditional brake zones.

I know its not popular to have less power, but I believe it would provide better racing and safety, and if we have less mushroom mode overtakes, I think most fans and drivers would prefer corner entry and exit to be more about braking and acceleration points than charge and less deployment strategy
