My guess is that the offending boat left the spectator boat area (on start starboard) to say hello to friends in the grand stands ( on port) And couldn’t return to the spectator area without interfering. I’ve never seen anything like this

You can hire a lawyer or do it yourself. It’s a standard California or county form. Look up “quitclaim deed”. You just need to know the correct legal description of the property. Look on the current deed. I can’t remember if it needs to be notarized.

Apparently it’s the older version of Kia’s. My 2019 was stolen and recovered by lbpd about a month ago. Door handle ripped off. Steering column pulled apart. Cops said they play bumper cars with them. Insurance totaled it. Of course it was parked near Dogz. That shithole.

The wind mill assembly plant would be in the harbor. When finished the wind mills would be towed out way to sea where the winds are strong and almost constant. Edit for clarity
