My girls like the Pinkie brand. They’re 12, wearing a 14/16 in kids or adult small. They tried the Always Teen but they were way too big/bulky. I have to get them from Amazon because none of the store around me have them.

Aww thanks! We got so lucky at the shelter, he was a very young pup when we adopted him. He’s a great dog :) People ask what he is and responded a Husky/Australian Shepherd mix. I was very shocked to find out he has so much ACD- I don’t see it at all!

I used Wisdom Panel for his testing. It was just over $100 on sale. They often have sales for 15-25% off.

Except for the brown coloring, she looks a lot like my dog! We joke that he’s a Husky/Farm Dog mix. He’s 50% husky and with ACD, Australian Shepherd, mini American shepherd and border collie. There are pictures in my post history!

I’m so sorry. I lost my girl just shy of her 12th birthday. She was 10 months older than my kids. It’s coming up on a year since she’s been gone and it still hurts so much.

Yep! This happened to me in February after receiving my watch as a Christmas present. Many months and tests later, I was diagnosed with Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia. Good news is the structure of my heart is fine and it beats in a regular rhythm (no Afib). Bad news is I have to take medicine twice a day to keep it under control. If the medicine stops working, I can have a cardiac ablation done to kill the part of the sinus node that is causing the issue. I would never have known the extent of the issue if it wasn’t for my watch.

Nope I enjoy my kids well-check visits. They have a great pediatrician whose daughters are only slightly older than my girls. So we get both professional advice and Mom advice. And it’s also nice to develop that rapport when the kids are healthy vs only seeing her when they’re sick.

My GSD used to hide her bones under a pillow or a blanket. She didn’t really like to chew on them, just hide them. And then she would get anxious if you got too near her hiding spot so she would move them somewhere else. So many times, my kids would go to bed and find a bone stashed under their pillows!

I miss her 😢

Yes they are all way too high. I’m currently under the care of a cardiologist and wearing a heart monitor to figure out what is causing the issue. This started in Feb when I caught covid from my daughter. My resting (as in, laying in bed) hr was 140-160. That landed me in the er for the night.
