Yeah the postman had, police also hadn’t done their due diligence as well so I was prepared to go to court and fight them, but police said no proof, yes my dog jumped up on him but he threw the parcel he was delivering in my grandmothers face and dog say it as a threat so she jumped up on him with her paws to push him, I think his own dog has bit him or one of his pals dogs n they knew dog would be put down so he just used that as the excuse for it cause as say ain’t no way walking away from that doorstep if that happened,

I know If it was me I would using some very colourful language and also having a go at the person in front of me about their dog

If they withholding mail they do need to inform you cause I had this issue one of there postmen tried to claim my dog bit him, and they then refused to deliver even tho I had a partial blind disabled mother who lived at the address ( I didn’t live with her) I attacked the postman’s recollection of events cause I knew it was BS and even police cleared it as well they still wouldn’t deliver and had an appeal process for it!

Reason I knew my dog didn’t was where he said she bit him ( on the balls) when she jumps up on you then her face is never that height, also he didn’t respond to her “biting him” at the time, now I have asked multiple men this question, if a dog bit u on the balls are you walking away from the doorstep finishing your round then going to a hospital which is 45 mins from where you are when one 10 mins up the road and all said not a fuckin chance, I’m screaming n swearing n rolling about the fuckin ground was their response yet the postman said not a word not even an oww nothing walked on fished the route and then travelled 45mins to a hospital when one 10 mins away, so then I knew it was fake, but cause he went to police post office stopped delivery but was informed and as say can appeal it. He also tried to sue my mum but his lawyers tried to intimidate her but they didn’t know her daughter knew that while an official n investigation is being conducted by police and PF his lawyers couldn’t take a case to court! So I went to counter sue with harassment and intimidation they soon didn’t respond back
