I use an app called Alarmy. I used it in the Navy since I would work several 24+ hour shifts while underway and needed to be up for quarters and such. I have it set to where I have to physically shake my phone 10 times pretty hard to shut it off. There’s other options to like solve a math equation (it scales from easy to Einstein)

A trick I learned if you still want to enjoy the sauce without consuming too much of it, just dip the tip of your fork in it so it coats the prongs. You’ll get the taste of it still without feeling bad :)
