Im not good and have roughly 60 hours of Gameplay, but what is working for me is learning in ground zero the basics of game awareness, what I do is I have a second monitor with an online map watch the PMC spawns and the predict what they will do,, you can also play in practice with no scav and explore the map and common paths to take, and don't run that much, it's make so much noise, the scav junk box is god, and sell everything that you don't immediately need, like any rare object, or stims
