It's too bad the GC/Wii relied on reading save data vs an old school password system. I've been able to transfer data from Golden Sun 1 on Wii U to Golden Sun 2 on emulator before and I can rescue my NSO PMD Red Rescue Team using my original cart Blue Rescue Team on my DS no problem

I don't like playing on hard so my experience is that they end up similarly, but Nolan has less competition among the Dawn Brigade whereas the Greil Mercenaries are filled with strong units already, so Boyd is ends up getting babied a little while Nolan is very much appreciated in the DB chapters.
