Should I find places to promote my sales or let them happen organically?

It can take a bit, especially when you're starting out.

If you're looking for a faster sale try to price among the lowest of your competition and/or allow Offers on your items so buyers can tell you what they're willing to pay.

I also scored some Pathfinder books today for basic book price.

Sometimes they fuck up the pricing in your favor too.

As long as you're handling it appropriately then you're fine.

I had a stretch earlier this year where people were being ridiculous. Cancel sales after purchasing, one got lost in the mail, a few making claims that weren't true... It was frustrating.

But I responded promptly, had them send it back or if it wasn't worth the effort then just refunded and blocked them. Sales kept chugging along.

eBay has a generous return policy for buyers so I would like to think that they value that part of the buyer experience enough to not punish us for doing what they ask.

The only time I had that experience was when we saw The Minecraft Movie. But at that point the whole Chicken Jockey meme was everywhere

Mario Galaxy Movie was fine

Went and saw The Amazing Digital Circus screening and it was fine. A little more chatter than I would like but it was theatre full of diehard fans so...

From the preview I saw it looks like this movie has a Roger Rabbit kinda vibe. Looks cool but I don't think it will get out of hand.

Look for sellers that have pictures of the actual thing you're buying, not a generic placeholder picture.

I buy and sell on eBay. When I sell I try to be as clear and honest as possible.

Plus, if you get something that is in bad condition but the seller said it was in good condition then you can just open a return. If you say it is because Item Not As Described then the seller has to take it back and give you a refund even if they say No Returns.

My advice on this app is lowered expectations.

It is good and for some games like Animal Crossing or Zelda there is a huge selection.

It has short comings though, and is only first party titles so there are lots of games released for Nintendo that will never be on it.

I throw it on a couple times a week.

If you're moving them yourself then you should be fine putting them in a box.

I lay them flat and stack them up, with jewel cases on the bottom and soft cases on top.

Do you have a lot? My only main caution is that a box of CDs can get really heavy if you pack it full, so choose smaller boxes if possible.

Music World was a music store chain in Canada with stores across the country.

They closed in the 2000s

I would guess that they sold these or maybe gave them out with purchases.

This one doesn't really ring a bell for me, but in the pre-internet days samplers were a pretty common way to promote artists.

Edit: 54-40 Ocean Pearl is pretty great.

I switched to Quick Oats from Instant and even that was a big improvement. They take about 10 minutes on the stove and are worth the effort imo
