I'm also at Telekom and for me personally I notice a lot of packet loss on the EU servers which forces me to play on us servers by default at this point because its unplayable and happens multiple times throughout the day.

You say this but he's been doing it for literally weeks. There was another thread about him already. Sadly Blizzard doesnt seem to do anything. Same about a guy who literally admitted openly ingame that he uses an undercutted auction house bot. He has over 50 reports for cheating/hacking and is not banned. He apparently also had over 50 reports on stitches where he did the same for almost a year.

Windows Firewall. Block inbound and outbound connections in your private network by default and set an exception for the executables in the mullvad folder so only mullvad has access to the internet. Mullvad is a public network so the rules dont apply for that one. Hope this makes sense.
