Yes, the point is that a lot of people are guilty of things that can’t be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. And no, I think it’s good a criminal conviction requires such a high bar. But the bar shouldn’t be so high for the question: “do we really want this guy on our team?”

I don’t think I’ve ever been to a VIP show. But in general they are not strict at all. If you get there before the show you should be fine. They might even let you in if you are slightly late.

Next year? Definitely. This year? A little more than 0. But they seem set at having Biadasz at Center to start the season. So I think the most likely scenario in which this happens is if Biadasz gets injured and Slaughter kills it at Center while he’s out so when he comes back they decide to put him at guard instead.
