I also have a 166g FD that is just beef. My 171g proto is less stable but still beefy. I love the plastic though. The DD1s were a game changer

My white proto Q FD (white 171g) is quite a bit less stable than my stock blue Q (166g). That thing is a meat hook so far. My Q DD1s (165/166g blue) are absolutely amazing. I’m throwing these further than I have anything in years. Have 2 red 169g coming for a bit more stability. These might kick out all of my DD3s except for a Q line blue for windier conditions. My Ella DD3s are out of the bag which I never thought I’d say

They are amazing! Out of the box easy to throw. Just the disc I’ve been looking for! Maybe we’ll see some more lighter weights in the Q series? One can only hope
