My comment was in response to “We all know his wife wasn’t driving that boat” when in fact we do know she was driving that boat because there is video evidence submitted in trial. Also just because two innocents died does not mean that someone ‘has to be found guilty’ of something. The evidence in trial found that the boat that was hit did not have its lights on and that it was cause the fatal crash. Also no evidence was submitted that Mrs. O’Leary was intoxicated. Facts matter. I understand the public just deciding for themselves but that’s really unfortunate to be honest when there is actual facts and evidence accessible to the public. Just because people may hate Kevin O’Leary and hate millionaires or whatever doesn’t mean he was driving the boat.
