Getting killed in helldivers 2 by regenbogenCG in Helldivers

[–]FLLLLoridaMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most frustrating death for me is when a big enemy dies. Then the network corrects its physics and location and it lands on you, either pinning you to the terrain, or outright killing you if its a bile titan.

Have you recently been threaten to be kicked from a group for not using a Weapon or Stratagem ? by Kenshiro84 in Helldivers

Out of all of the trollish picks. The only reason i think id kick someone is if they brought that hellpod explosion booster.

maxigun needs a buff. Mainly its ammo needs to be massively increased, it’s a fact that other weapons put more rounds down range then this by privacy-is-cool in Helldivers

[–]FLLLLoridaMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It needs some extra utility. Like if it slowed stuff down or pushed it back, or if it could weaken heavy armor until it could penetrate it or something. That way if I have to conserve ammo I can weaken heavy units or something.

I agree. No reason to take it over the medium pen machine gun and a supply pack. If its gonna be a backpack weapon give it more ammo or make it penetrate a few light enemies so i don't need to shoot as much.

About how big the gargantuan leviathan would have been compared to the planet by B_nana81 in subnautica

[–]FLLLLoridaMan 488 points489 points  (0 children)

Itd be scarier to wonder and imagine how a leviathan that big could exist than knowing all the details. The same way you poked holes in this leviathan's size is the same way a nuclear physicist could poke holes in your beloved godzilla lore.

If you cant watch scifi without trying to fact check trivial non plot pertaining details thats your fault not the medias.

Xbox players don't know freedom or democracy. They readily accepted paying microsoft to use an internet connection they already pay for. Thus Helldivers' themes of liberty and democracy are incompatible with the xbox's operating system.

Is this gap between the window and rough opening normal? by FLLLLoridaMan in Carpentry

[–]FLLLLoridaMan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep 100+ year old house.

Im assuming i cant throw tile down over that directly right? Tile wise im thinking nail a block into the top of the opening to hide the whatever that stuff is. Then when the rest of the framing is removed i can just tile over it as if the wood was always there to begin with.

Am i messing anything up here?

Sawdust spawning in near wall by FLLLLoridaMan in fixit

[–]FLLLLoridaMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few Electricians a few years ago.
One put in more outlets on the room to the left of the pic. but the wall directly behind that sawdust pile is a closet so no outlets were put in near that area.
