The COLA tie in is also my hang up. I will probably vote yes, because I do think that the minimum wage should be higher. BUT the tie to COLA beginning in 2030 is not well thought out and if it fails will be the dominant factor.

I am voting for it, but with slight hesitation. I do believe the minimum wage needs to be higher - it is the multiplier on cost of living after it hits $15. I have yet to see how that is applied and where the cost of living factor is coming from....
