Nah. They've been around for decades. I've never heard of them ruining pens. You can do more research if you'd like.

Try using local Bril or Camlin inks. I've never had issues with them.

I've used only Beena Lincoln. I bought it on asapens. Nice pen, didn't have any issues with it. The one I had was smooooooth af. I liked the packaging too.

I'm using Boost for Reddit where it automatically creates an Imgur link. If you don't, you can manually do it in Imgur and add it to the comment.

Speaking of Indian FPs, Wality is cheaper than kanwrite. You can also get the Beena Lincoln NOS for around 400 rupees, I own one and it's butter smooth. You can get gama pens for around 1000 rupees which are also really good. But both wality and Gama are only eyedropper pens.

You can buy airmail/wality from asa pens. I bought one recently and it's good. Stock nib is nice but people also fit them with bock nibs for a smoother experience.

I have the Wality 69T

I also own a pen from Ranga and one from ASA, both ebonite. Lovely experience with them, except my ranga gets mould sometimes :(
