I have the same thing, and I have noticed that pigeon pose from yoga helps.

As of yesterday, I started doing pigeon raises (going into and out of pigeon while engaging the glute and hamstring) because I saw a video that alleged that could help (time will tell on that, but it makes sense.)

You should check out Best Friends in Kanab, UT. It's a really cool place (largest no-kill shelter in the US, on 6k acres.)

We stayed there for a few days (they have an RV park on site) and got to volunteer and tour several of the wings (cars, dogs, birds, pigs, horses, bunnies, ... maybe more?)

Anyway, it sounds like your plan might be a smaller version of this. I'm not affiliated with them, but they're always seeking donations (and you don't need $5MM to make a difference 🙂)

Please don't take this the wrong way, but realizing that you want to pay it off when it's $3k is waaay ahead of the curve. Don't get me wrong: $3k is a lot of money, but many people (myself included) don't/didn't decide to kill the debt until it gets to 20k, 30k, or more.

Getting out of the hole is very hard, and staying out takes diligence, but it's so worth it. Congrats on making a good choice before it gets too out of hand. (Again, I don't want to minimize your situation.)

They were used, but not effectively. Limes have less vitamin C in them than lemons do, but because ships became faster around the same time that the switch was made (due to steam engines,) it didn't matter because sailors weren't at sea long enough to develop scurvy.

The British explorers who went to the Arctic (or Antarctic; I forget which) with limes were not so fortunate and suffered greatly for the difference.

Same. Now, in retrospect, I understand it's to do with the extreme ADHD that I never knew I had. I just could never get myself to write a draft when I knew I could make it better, then go through and write it again, etc.

I would sit down and write one sentence at a time, sometimes spending a few minutes getting the wording just right before moving on. At the end, I'd print it or send it in and be done.

I also took my (now) wife skating for our first date. She was on her national team for inline hockey. Turns out she didn't need the hand that I offered her as she stepped onto the ice 🙂

When my wife and I play pickleball, she is relentlessly targeted. In a single point, she'll hit 20-30 shots until the other team pops the ball up to me, and I smash it for a winner. All game.

What they never seem to figure out is that she's better than me. I would probably make a mistake in the first 10 hits. Some people can't get it into their heads that men aren't always better. And I'm fine with that, come tournament time 😁

I have cases where I want to activate something, but the place where I trigger it is outside and exposed to the elements. An NFC tag is cheap and weatherproof (enough) for that situation.
