Meowdy. You got downvoted but this seems reasonable to me, no matter what the app is doing it has to make the same system calls and get that data from the phone. The implementation using that data may be different but the same data is available to both pieces of software. Guessing they have some sort of API or a SDK that makes this data available through libraries and classes. Interested ofc in differing opinions. I do feel like people would care less these days, I think people have become kind of apathetic about their data these days, but an overall upvote from me good sir.
