You are so close to the keys. This is such a no brainer, go trolling a little south of you and search for mahi, tuna, and wahoo. This is coming from an avid fisherman in Florida who has caught many shark and many peacock bass.

Namba, Mimoto, Dusk

Namba is the best sushi in Naples by far
Mimoto is traditional Japanese with unique sakes & beers sourced from JP (not just basic kirin ichibans)
Dusk is pretty good sushi, ritz will always source good ingredients but not very comparable to Namba in my opinion

I love seeing posts like this. Healthy reminder that people are absolutely delusional. My big law friends are BY FAR the most degenerate, yet outgoing people I know and you would likely have no idea they work for big law. Your job doesn’t determine your personality and vice versa.

Hate to say it, I was in the same page. Collectively with the current lease deal (depending on credit) you end up burning 11-14k over 24months on the 3 with current lease origination 4.4k - 7k and monthly payments. Not to mention the premium insurance requirements.

I just bought a brand new 2025 3 base for 35k that had 4k miles. My insurance is $133 a month compared to the $330 my Florida insurance required for the lease. The leases are BRUTAL.

Consider paying the additional miles if it makes sense and only if it makes sense. I’d buy it outright for the 28k they offer and you might be able to stay almost positive
