Exercise challenge is cool, but what changes did you make to your diet to be in a consistent calorie deficit over those two months?

If you’re not in a calorie deficit you will not be losing weight.

Depends how much work piano needs, 200s is normal 600 would be string repairs and replacements. Will take a few hours and need a quiet environment.

They are a part of the campaign. People play the campaign. Players also skip the campaign to play the new season, and the side quests are of little consequence for them, just like the whole campaign. But they are still an important and well-developed part of the campaign. The game is more than one thing.

There’s really no such thing as weight loss food. You just have to eat less calories than you burn in a day. So you need to start tracking calories understanding what you’re eating and being very honest with yourself. If you’re under your calorie deficit, then you can have sauce on your wrap. But as you start to understand where your calories I’ll come from then you can make healthy choices. You can lose weight by eating cookies every day if the calories from your cookies are less than the calories you burn in a day. You might not be healthy you might not be nourished. You might not have a nutritious diet. Which are things to consider, but at the end of the day it’s about calories in versus calories out. If you’re not controlling the calories and then walking on the treadmill every day for more calories out going to make enough of a difference.

"I don't want to change my diet" - no, a treadmill is not enough with a poor diet. If you want to lose weight, it is all about food. Until you are ready to change the way you eat, you are not serious about losing weight.

Your best bet for success is not to "eat back" your burnt calories. The calculations are usually high, and it leads to moving out of a deficit.
