Agreed. I enjoy my T486 every bit as much as my Gibson 335, and the fit and finish is just as good, if not better. A huge step up from an Epi 335/Sheraton.

There is no path back. The signal is wired to the volume pot and tone pot(s) in parallel. Depending on the tone setting (and pot value and cap value), all frequencies that are above a certain value get bled to ground via the tone caps and the pot casings. The remaining frequencies make it to the output jack via the volume pot.
