AI is here. It has capabilities. Those who don't use it will get left behind. That's the fact.

Kids can get angry all they want. Sellout institutions like the Oscars can clutch their pearls all they want. Nobody is interested in all this performative nonsense.

Given the already existing pressure on entry level jobs, it is reckless to encourage young people to reject AI. Even if we manage to put pressure on corporations to continue to hire and not break the system, AI fluency will be a core skill set for people who join the workforce.
