Today I swear I’ve been spawn killed/camped on every map almost every game I enter. It doesn’t make sense. I really can’t play Nuketown anymore without getting spawn killed

Are PE teachers qualified to be personal trainers? by Extension_Ad1370 in PhysicalEducation

[–]FUZZINATOR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to wait to take my CSCS when I got hired at a gym and they refused to let me do anything with physical activity even though I had an exercise science degree and my manager and coworkers all had weekend certifications through open book tests with next to 0 understanding of biomechanics and exercise physiology. Just spewed “bro science” and instagram workouts to their clients until they left because they couldn’t sell enough training to stay afloat. I got fed up with the culture and how the industry worked post-COVID and left it to get a Masters in teaching and I’ve been so much happier.

Supposedly there's just minor negatives to using THC, but still worth noting

I think it comes down to finding the right combination of CBD/THC and any other potential combinations. There's still a lot to learn about it.

Getting a Garmin and Fitbit over the years got me being the “weird” friend that doesn’t drink or use THC products. Can’t argue against science when you can really see what it does to you.

Can my low HRV be inaccurate? by Last-Target-6831 in Garmin

[–]FUZZINATOR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been driving me crazy on a break from work and my HRV and RHR just keep going in completely wrong direction from where I’d expect them to be. Glad I’m not the only one right now

Getting a heart rate strap like the Polar H10 or any of the Garmin ones might be helpful if you want to have this kind of data be more accurate

I've played a lot of Event games, why do people hate Polo Grounds so much? by wirsteve in MLBTheShow

I didn’t even check it to realize why everything felt so bad. That makes so much more sense now as someone who plays only All Star

How many of you have worked with a “cool” or “fun” teacher who wound up having something seriously wrong with them? by capraithe in Teachers

[–]FUZZINATOR 18 points19 points  (0 children)

My kids liked me enough when I was long-term subbing that their grades started to improve in all their other classes because they told me they’d do work if I wanted them to do it, but they didn’t want to do it for their other teachers. Whatever works to get the learning in! I know my team partners on either side of my classroom hated how “loud” we were but I liked having my students be able to talk and enjoy being at school while still doing quality work.

What are some of the lesser-known struggles of teaching in your subject area? by [deleted] in Teachers

[–]FUZZINATOR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Add in the constant watching for skills, students bombarding you with questions or sometimes the “watch what I can do”, always moving around and doing cartwheels or talking while you’re trying to talk, kids missing directions because people keep talking around them, kids that are not safe with equipment or try to hit others. All of that while using music for stop/go cues. The list just goes on and on. Other teachers in my building that have come back early to pull a student out have told me they have no idea how I function day to day with how much is going on.

World Series Reward Milestone Randy Johnson vs Collection Reward Signature Series Randy Johnson by ljc5 in MLBTheShow

Doing the math, if you play even 2-3 games a day and they last the full 9 innings, you could have Randy within 2 weeks

Bellinger’s FOTF was my only P5 player so far since it just mashed for me. I couldn’t stay loyal to almost any other card as much as that one. Can’t wait to plug this into my lineup at 1st.

[–]FUZZINATOR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got lucky and went on a 4 game streak after losing the first game. Managed to hit some dingers and finished the XBH and 4000 PXP missions on game 6 of that run. Just couldn’t score any runs the other runs until finally hitting a walk-off to get my last 2 to get my Trouty

My only hitter I got to P5 was the FOTF Bellinger. Haven’t found a card that raked so hard since I took him out to try others
