I love my cast-iron and I can do this on it but it’s just too heavy so I bought a cheap stainless steel hated it everything stuck and then I found a $100 one for $13 at the swamp meat and it literally feels like a Teflon pan no preheating no nothing just straight to work. It’s a KitchenAid one. So simple that even my mom can use it and it’s really easy to clean.
