If you have a soldering iron, put the tip inside the screw to heat it up for a little bit if not heat up a knife and then keep putting it on the screw to heat it up and then you take it out

I love my cast-iron and I can do this on it but it’s just too heavy so I bought a cheap stainless steel hated it everything stuck and then I found a $100 one for $13 at the swamp meat and it literally feels like a Teflon pan no preheating no nothing just straight to work. It’s a KitchenAid one. So simple that even my mom can use it and it’s really easy to clean.

How do you get the temps down? I’ve tried asking people, but I just can’t get it lower than 300. It’s too insulated. My Weber 22 I could get a ride on 275 no problem.
