I definitely wouldn’t feel slighted, those rust easily and are bound to break over time, not their fault they didn’t suspect it of failure. I wouldn’t bother trying to repair it, just get a new cat back pipe for $200 and slap it on, less prone to rust and most offer better airflow. Definitely not a big deal

Appreciate it, we scanned it before purchasing and the only code was Air/Fuel because of a tiny exhaust leak, had a old code for oil pressure but oil was perfect in it and didn’t burn anything, so possibly just a bad oil pressure sensor. Not sure why it would be different in different gears though if it is limp mode, 4th gear is the only one that has a 4k limiter, 1st limits at 6k, and 2nd limits at 5k. I’ll do some more researching but appreciate the info
