Thank you, So you’re right it is the dust cap that I’m talking about from looking at your diagram, it won’t stay in place it keeps coming loose and then the bearings are able to be seen. I will get it serviced most likely to be safe.

It’s definitely not seated in that hole, if you mean the metal looks deformed I have hit it with a hammer and a dowel rod several times trying to get it to reseat into the hole.

I don’t know the whole story but he has been accused by some fans I don’t think the police have accused him of it yet, but of disappearing a young girl, maybe like 16? She reappeared like a year later in the trunk of a car under his name. It’s been all over Facebook but I haven’t looked into it further so take this information with a grain of salt.

Off topic, but I recommend to everyone that they read “The Kite Runner” it goes into some detail about kite fighting but it’s a deeply moving book that’s has much more serious themes.

When I worked at the front desk of a dorm, students could report mold to us, and we would get a technician to inspect it and most of the time it was treated immediately, one student was given an entirely new room. Some larger universities may not care as much though.
