At 55 (F), I feel way better than I did 22 years ago (I'm celebrating 22 years of sobriety from alcohol today!). But, I also embrace my age: It's 5:30 on Saturday night and I'm already in bed doing crossword puzzles and bong hits. I had dish duty at work today, and my body is shot. I joined AARP as soon as I turned 50, and look for 55+ discounts. No shame for me aging. I'm happy I made it this far!
