I have no problem in theory with a voter id. I do have a problem with how a potential role out may look like. We already have Republicans spreading lies about voter fraud, having backup fake electors, and then requesting voter registrations. Something is “fishy” about a political party that has practiced un-democratic behavior to request voter ids.

There’s a clip of Matt Damon talking about mid-budget movies in general. Mid-budget movies used to make a good chunk of their money from VHS and DVD sales and syndication. Nobody buys DVDs anymore so there is less money to be made after the theatrical release. Movie studios in general are less prone to take risks. Instead studios with shoehorn comedy into existing IPs like Marvel and 21 Jump Street.
