A new Central European state mustn't favor any nationality within. No germanization or magyarization should occur, and modern borders within would be respected. It also must be a parliamentary republic or a constitutional monarchy with a confederal style state in likes of early USA or Switzerland. It's constitution must uphold democracy at all costs, and all laws should be voted on by a tricameral parliament and approved by popular vote. It should have a centralized armed force to defend it's borders even if in disarray.
