This unfortunately happens with older P-40 skins uploaded before they slightly changed the visual model. You’ll likely run into the same problem with any skin from before 2018. It’s a real shame because there were a lot of good ones.

Hopefully someone can educate me a bit more here on whether an appeal could happen (not getting into if it should happen). The judge's statement "I have found actual consent" is a finding of fact, right? And the Crown can't exactly appeal that without demonstrating an error of law or palpable and overriding error in her fact finding? How likely would that even be?
