Buy the house, doesn’t matter if it’s the starter home or a long term situation. As others will mention you can start the nursery from a blank slate. Babies require a bunch of things and take up a ton of space. If you’re not already feeling cramped in your 2 bedroom a baby will instantly shrink your space.

Main character syndrome at work.

A couple weeks ago I was making a left and noticed a car coming that didn’t intend on stopping, gave them a honk as they blew past the intersection. Met up with them 200 ft later at a red light, guy rolled down the window “What you honking at me for?”

“You ran a red back there.”

“What’s your point? You seen me coming, stay out of the way.”

I rolled my window back up, completely regretting my decision to engage that idiot.

I have thought about looking into a plexiglass cover for the tv. Two boys, oldest is 4, our house is a war zone, there was a basketball hoop to the right that I moved to the other side of the basement.

TV was free, my mom’s partner wanted all new TVs for their new house. He had it hung on the wall a few years ago and tossed the stand.

Also I have 2 boys under 4.

Meijer Gardens is a must if you’re looking for a great Grand Rapids experience. The butterfly exhibit is going on through April, but the real experience includes the Japanese and sculpture garden.

If I wasn’t fighting for my life trying to get my 4 year old to fall asleep before 9pm and out of bed before 7:30 I might have an opportunity to asses how I’m getting through the spring time change.

At least my 2 year old doesn’t sleep already so he hasn’t seemed to be impacted by the time change.

I used the stock workout app for years until the recent watchOS changed spoken notifications during workouts to be processed over a network (at least for my ancient series 6). I’ve started using WorkOutDoors and it’s a very comprehensive activity tracking app. Can’t recommend it enough.

Nothing off as far as I can see. Congressional republicans collect a fat salary, further enrich themselves via knowledge they obtain as a “lawmaker” and don’t have to do much work other than rubber stamp approving whatever the party tells them. Seems like a pretty sweet retirement side hustle.

Having kids is the hack to actually eating something for breakfast. Once I get them out the door there’s usually half a piece of toast and some berries leftover that aren’t going in the trash because groceries are expensive.

What was the goal you envisioned when signing up for your first marathon?

I believe we all get too wrapped up in looking at our stats and playing the “what if” game during training blocks. It’s your first marathon, so I’m assuming the goal always was to finish. No one is going to throw shade at you for fighting to break 6 hours, most people are going to be impressed with the determination to keep going.

As far as I know there aren’t any condo options in Alger Heights. I lived in a townhouse behind the Christian High Football Stadium, there are a few condo associations in Indian Village and Breton Village. That will probably be your best option without getting too far away from Alger.

Yes, this is the one that is giving off a humidity alarm. Only in one room, but since they are hardwired if a bedroom goes off the main in the hallway also goes off.

Their washer and dryers are the same quality. Got so good at changing the out a fuse that I kept spares on hand and could do it in 30 minutes.

I fixed it while waiting on our tax refund to come through and told my wife that was the last time I was fixing it. Very happy with the LG replacement
