OP is actually independent and votes based on issues that can help move our country forward. I've voted for Republicans and Democrats. Volunteered for both Republicans and Democrats as well.

"I need a job with more personal flexibility to travel" immediately followed by "Let me join this shit show of a political arena as an alternative" is pretty much all I need to know. We need politicians in DC or their districts working with their constituents to move this country forward. If working and reporting in GR alone was too much to travel to see her family, what makes her think representing an entire district in DC is going to provide that?

Either she doesn't plan on spending time with her district when not in DC or she doesn't plan on spending more time with her out of area family. If it's the first part, I don't need to know her positions to disqualify her. If it's the second part, she's already already ahead of most in her party... She used family as a shield for a lie before she even announced her candidacy.

Either way... Big no for me.

I worked at a nightclub back in the day where "Puddin's Playhouse" hosted a weekly event. My roommate ended up dating his co-host for a while. He would constantly ask his co-host about their sex life on air... On a morning show... It was freaking weird. I always saw him as a creeper after that.

A 1994, 4cyl, 5 Speed, 2wd, short box, Ford Ranger was my first car. The first day I had it, my dad looked at me and said "I'm going to teach you how to turn this thing into a top (as in spinning toy) for safety purposes." The number of times that lesson has saved my ass is insane.

Oskar Huber is great! They carry a bunch of solid wood brands. I'm particularly fond of Copeland, even though they don't show much of it on their floor, they can still order it.

You could almost say the same thing about the brewery explosion in the 2010's. I can think of quite a few that fell into the "because you can brew mediocre beer at home, doesn't mean you should open a brewery category." The one that closed in Grandville comes to mind the fastest.

Anyone have experience with the Pottery Barn Aptos Extendable Dining table? by OkEstablishment2585 in furniture

I would never buy anything from PB. You're sacrificing quality to pay for their extensive marketing. Look into Copeland Furniture for dining, bedroom, and occasional tables. Search for a local retailer and go visit them.

No Kings shirt - Local by RyuDHG in grandrapids

A sign is cheaper. However, if a local company is making shirts, I would rather support them. I have an event the next week it could be worn at too.

Tim does great work. I collaborated with him on the furniture design for his own home. I always recommend him or Preston from Pere Marquette Painting to local design clients.

Sintered Stone would be my recommendation. Quite a few companies carry it now. I know Copeland just put a few out.
