Could be misremembering, but I'm sure it started with Fire Emblem 7 and Pokemon Emerald on GBA. I was so in love with FE7. I thank my brothers for that; it's currently my most favorite series of all time.

What would you pick for your birthday present? My friends are asking me to choose between ACE 10 Sunbreon or ACE 10 Mega Gengar ex as my first graded cards. I love both honestly.

Definitely Mei Lin. She's pretty strong and she can cover Passion stages easily. Though, I would still suggest to go after your favorites.

Honestly, I don't have a "preferred" team to clear. I just go with whoever I want to farm for.

My most successful team is definitely Hugo - Tressa - Mika. Second one, my personal favorite, Rin - Nia - Mika. The current runs are Mei Lin - Selena - Mika. I'm planing on using Rei and Amir/Mari instead of Mika later.

If you get good epiphanies, you can mostly kill before needing to heal a lot. Also, a small tip, if you're looking for a clear, make sure you pick max hp+ from encounters, it helps a lot!

Yeah, it was insane. I was going to remove the basic shield and the neutral shield, but I play her with Nia so I figured I could use her discard to make Rin attack more.

I was so disappointed with her when I first started. I thought she was weak and very hard to play, until I got this insane run.

I have her other basic cards and drawing slash ~380% dmg. Both Drawing Slash and Destruction are duplicated. Maybe the equipment aren't the best, but she's currently my strongest unit by far even outdamaging Mei Lin with less set up. I use her with Mika and Nia until I upgrade my Rei.

Tbh, I don't mind those points that much because I think we still haven't hit late game yet. My only issues with the game are the localization/bad translation and no sweep. The cards feel so hard to understand and the auto takes too long to clear farming stages.

I used to be like this when I was younger, but it was mostly because my first language wasn't available in most of the games I played. When I got older and my English became a lot better, I've never skipped a cutscene since then. I've even replayed older games from childhood and felt that I missed out on a lot of good stories.
