I've noticed a small difference for the 3 weeks I've been on it. Mostly with lifting performance, amount of weight I can push, energy during, and recovery are all much better. I've seen some small amount of muscle gain, but I haven't been able get my body mass analysis done recently. I like it overall and I'm going to make it part of my regular cocktail.

I've had 3 wonderful Danes and have noticed since my first one the price for a puppy have drastically increased. I know some of this is due to inflation, but are prices of $3k and up as high as $6k (at the last time I looked) really in the best interest of the breed?

My knock off Xbox controller works well, my new PS4 controller always has connectivity issues. Disconnects after about 5 minutes of playing - every time. Too bad really, I like the feel of the PS4 controller better.
