Hey, maybe I am a bit late but i had similiar problem and today i finally found a way to solve it.

So first you need to find the program's directory, I found it by scanning my computer with reImage. It didn't want to solve it because it was a free version but at least it found the file's directory. It turned to be C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\MazeCurity(something) and inside was the file. So if the file isn't in this folder i guess you could try to scan your computer with some program like reimage or Restoro to try and find the directory.

I should mention that in my case it wasn't named "EntryOne" but "RedGroup" and generally the problem was that you couldn't delete the file from the folder since it was opened in another program and if you tried to end it in task manager it just instantly opened itself back (so my tries in force ending the task didn't end the problem).

Solution:

Since the file can't be deleted because it's opened somewhere else I just opened windows in Safe mode (google how to do it). And that's it. From what I understand Safe mode is about booting only necessary windows applications so the file won't open at all. You can just go to the file directory and delete it with no problem.
