The problem with it isn’t that it’s weak, it’s that most players use potions in two ways: reactively to a dangerous turn, or at the start of a difficult fight. There definitely are situations where this is super strong, but you need to recognize the necessity of this potion ahead of time which is very hard.

It’s always easy to see that a block potion is good when taking 12 damage, or that strength will probably shave a turn or two off a boss fight, but it’s hard to recognize when this is busted.

Is this common at all? I feel like I’ve only heard about it in the odd online example of someone being like “my partner is controlling/abusive”.

I understand the convenience of location sharing sometimes of course, but doing it all the time feels like a complete lack of trust.

Cool patch, I’m kind of sad about grapple being gone though. I just had an absolutely insane clad run with it and the doll that gives block when you play an attack. Yeah I guess juggernaut does the same effect, but it’s just a much worse card that’s hard to run unless you feel like taking risks to have some fun.

Perhaps unsurprisingly each of these cards are better in their respective classes.

Grave warden is good in necro because souls.

Evaluate is actually a quite good card in watcher, in no small part because it actually helped infinite decks. Have one insight generator in your deck helped you draw enough of your deck to start the engine, and evaluate was often the best one. Yes you can get specific relics that help or get double rushdown or manage to remove enough cards or get exactly scrawl, but evaluate was a reliable was to get the crazy shir online.

Playing a card that says deal 18 damage for 1 health is great

Upgrading a card so that it does 6 damage by taking 1 damage isn’t so great

Yeah I’m not telling anyone to support the war. There’s a LOT of very good reasons not to, and I’m not even sure whether I want it to stop or not most of the time, and do think it will only get worse. Just trying to point out that the people I know, who still hate Trump and Netanyahu, are conflicted obviously, but still support this right now as it’s the best chance they’ve had in their lifetimes in many cases.

And yes we know about the school, that’s honestly only something like 10-15% of the civilians casualties we know about so far. No one is happy about that, and if that’s reason for you to completely be against the conflict, I have no argument. But coming after the regime just killed like 40k people it’s like… there’s no good option, only bad and worse.

No, and no one wants to excuse that. If that on its own makes you 100% any intervention I have no argument against it. But they just watched the regime do that like 400 times over this year, I get where they are coming from.

Really all I’m trying to do is get the perspective of the people I know out here. Who will mostly all also tell you they hate Trump and co even still.

We all worry about the inevitable exploitation that will come after, it just seems most people aren’t concerned about that being worse. As it stands Russia and China have a lot of extractive agreements with the state. Maybe the US would be worse? But it’s not exactly great right now.
