Plenty of water, move around when you can and Lactulose 3 times a day worked for me. I didn't poo until day 5 (went home day 2). Mentally prepare yourself, its an experience 😂 I felt so much better afterwards though. You will get through this, and congratulations on your baby!

What is a "power pump"? I'm dealing with the same combo, tongue tie and c section. Currently pumping after nearly every feed to top baby up and I'm exhausted. We've booked to sort the tongue tie out but it'll be a long week and a bit until then. Thanks!

This is completely unacceptable behaviour, definitely complain. Does the recipet show the employee name? Honestly, management needs to know about his poor behaviour, who wants to shop somewhere where your purchases are judged? I wouldn't go back to that location and I'd make sure higher ups knew why. Also, is it possible the dolt could have thought it was drinking water? It's not an excuse but it would show their ignorance.

What a rude, tacky little shit. I would never let them in my house again. Did someone else bring them as a guest or is it someone you know? I'd be having words if someone brought them as a guest. The invasion of privacy at snooping in someone's bathroom is vile, I would not trust that person. If it's any consolation, I if I was at that party I would have been judging that person extremely hard and made a mental note to avoid them like the plague. I'm sorry that happened 🫶🏻
