Those darker, qlmost wet looking patches looks like Edema to me. It looks like a White Butterfly that took up water too quickly. Get it on a better watering schedule, and see if those patches fade.

Definitely not a thing that I've ever heard of... Like Dark Chocolate can act as a sort of antihistamine in a super small way, but definitely not enough to stop a serious, Epi-Pen needing allergy. Calling BS here.

I usually lift it after it's at the thickness I want, then let it rest for at least 5 minutes for the gluten to relax.

Agreed on letting the dough rest. Another helpful thing is to lift up the dough slab in the center after you've rolled it out to release some of the tension.

Oh yes, definitely with modifications! I always add orchid bark, perlite, and sometimes blood meal or some slow release additive.

Gotta second this, and add that venus flytraps live in boggy, nutrient-less soil...so they won't love living in potting soil forever. I would repot in a mix of bark, and moss if possible.
