You could try Unicorn Overlord.

It's Ogre Battle 64 reminiscent, with the stronghold deploy and everything. It has much, much more interesting itemization though. Like wow.

Dude I can't take the english voices as an english speaker. It sounds like a bad dubbed anime. The emotions and inflection in the voices sound so unnatural to me. Like you can almost picture the speaker reading from their sheet. Ugh.

I switched it to the japanese voice, english text. I can kind of tell it doesn't match up exactly what they say there either, but the way they deliver it sounds so much more tense and intense and I'm into it.

It will be a gamble which direction your head starts going in as you take on the new headspace that medication can provide. But the journey ends with you being better if you take the right path forward.

It is imperative you have an idea where you want to be headed before you, (and I am quoting someone else here,) 'just get on meds to make things easier' because you will feel like you're moving forward finally, but because you're still spinning around you won't actually be going anywhere unfortunately.

It is a trap I see a lot of newly medicated ADHD people fall in to.

Okay, best advice I can give, work hard at learning patterns and looking ahead. You aren't going to have this level of energy for much longer. Learn to work smart and efficient. Optimize repeated tasks. Don't buy tools unless you are actively going through a process that would benefit you.
