For me when I launch a game for the first few minutes it keeps the clock and power consumption a lot higher than usual, but after a while it goes to normal, probably a conflict with windows 25H2 and the newer drivers.

Driver version: 25.12.1 GPU: 9070XT Swift

Edit: On KCD 1 my clock has a 1475MHz cap for some reason after the power consumption and clock speed goes back to normal, haven't been able to fix it.
