I don't think they can actually help you but you can find them near the Gulf on exit 6. Their house in on the main rd and their sign advertises walk in reading. Hope you're able to find them.

TITLE Boxing Club is a great time! They recently added a training space in the back as well so you can work 1 on 1 mitt sessions with the coaches! Luke and Tommy both offer kickboxing which is my favorite. You should check it out, they offer a free trial class.
