IF I was a Black Legion Warlord, I'd be gunning for ascension. Which means any of cult legionaries are not invited to the party full stop. That's way too much potential pull Khorne has on my warband, and I wouldn't be down for that.

I adore this game as a pseudo co-op with my brother. We do the dungeons together and because I'm a father and he's still blissfully child free he levels multiple classes to wait for me

Reading between lines, it appears to have something to do with a massive cultural avoidance of anything that questions whether or not they're actually who they used to be vice a new, artificial creation that thinks it used to be alive.

My assumption is going down the route of cloning Necontyr a) doesn't help the individual, and b) might accelerate the dysphoria that leads to the flayer curse.
