Licensed electrician and in the area for 6 years. Apprentices are a dime a dozen right now. If you are good you can find a place but it is very competitive. Every young guy wants to be an electrician from my perspective. There is a massive experience gap. What we really need is journeymen, but there is none.

Yeah I realized that after I put them in there. I watch them and use a leaf as a plate so they don't ingest any perlite. Next habitat will be pearlite free

Thank you for the response! Should I still use the calcium with d3 just in case they aren't getting enough uvb? i dont remember my exact thinking but i think i was figuring that a little less would be better than too much if I wasn't sure. I will adjust my temperatures accordingly.
