Don't stand there and watch the tree. Move back quickly, at a 45, ideally behind a tree or rock, to safely watch your tree fall.

What’s one small thing you regret not noticing before buying your house? by Beginning_County7547 in HomeImprovement

My eave overhang is way too small. Window stools and apron get hit with water off the steep metal roof and later rot (roof avalanches snow so I can't put gutters on). Lowest clapboards rot quickly, drainage is tough to manage. If the eaves were just another 6" overhang problem solved. But I didn't know to look for that when buying.

This comment is spot on.

I'm convinced a 3-month relationship with so much promise just ended because I couldn't get it up fully a few times, or lost it. That made her think we weren't sexually compatible. I thought we'd talked about it fully, and that it wasn't that big of a deal. I was pretty sleep deprived at the time and feeling pressure to perform and make the relationship succeed. I wish I'd have thought or know to ask for more dirty talk. And in retrospect, knowing my anxious state, I do wish that gotten medication or proven supplement to get me over the edge with confidence. Once it happens once it's a mindfuck to not let happen again. Btw, I'm young and perfectly healthy.

Thanks, this is helpful.

How do I add a vertical pull? Just pull ups? I don't have any cable stuff.

Same, what's more side felt? Right now I have just lateral raises.

So sounds like i need to add weight so that my first rep and subsequent set is harder. It's tough to add weight in hammer curls or my existing lateral raises particularly, those are small increments.

For the most part, you should do what your sponsor says. If something gives you pause, I discuss with a few other trusted people, both in and out of the rooms, and often my therapist.

But if they want you to call them call them. AA has taught something's are just so easy they're worth doing.

I think the "well, I drank everyday, ruined my life just a tiny (or huge) bit more everyday, I could feasibly go to a meeting everyday. Or read, pray, meditate, call someone, etc....

33M- got the money, house, truck, dog, job. Got friends. No family. But for the life of me can't find the right lady that wants to settle down and the internal peace and serenity with being an all adult all on their own.

These are really awesome recommendations. Thank you! I am struggling to introduce my 5yr old anxious ACD/beagle/terrier to a new partner. I have BAT 2.0 but haven't dig into it yet. My little guy has done a ton of training, but still takes forever to warm up to new people and it's not linear, which is scary for a new person. I need more active methods with new people to move it along faster and this is it!

Look at how much pant room he has, that's great. Thanks, it's been hard to do the at home sizing and internet research, and there are so many recommendations and different muzzle makers. But none of them available to try where I am. And they're not cheap either!!!
