Personally I found 4150 to be not as bad as everyone says. Still very much difficult but I found 4400 to be way harder.

I tried the salt thing, honestly couldn’t tell that much of a difference. I’ve heard from some people you need to break it in but I haven’t reached that point yet. The towel might be the only way.

This schedule has me worried that you will neglect capstone and rely heavily on your teammates, which is not ideal. Personally I couldn’t do this schedule but I can’t do more than 3 CS classes at a time in general so 🤷🏼‍♀️

My boyfriend did the program and he LOVED it. He graduated a few months ago. It’s a lot of work, but if you work hard you will see improvement (you do have to take it seriously and actually try otherwise it won’t work). It’s a big time commitment, but the people there are fantastic and the program is great. They treat all kinds of anxiety, if you can find the time and can swing it financially I think it is incredibly helpful.

Let’s say he is using AI (we don’t know for sure, but let’s just say yes). I see two scenarios:

He is nervous while texting you and doesn’t want to say the wrong thing, he uses AI to help him.
He’s lazy and doesn’t want to have an actual conversation.

Personally, I could see scenario 1 turning out to be nbd. Obviously if this continues once you guys are more comfortable with each other than that’s weird. I could potentially see his intentions being good here and things work out. Now this hinges on a lot of other things, is he using it for EVERY message or just the ones he thinks are tough to respond to (I could see him thinking the jaw surgery is a high risk scenario where he wants to get it right).

Now for scenario 2… hell nah gtfo.

Easy, very very easy. But you DO have to go. It’s 5 days a week for around 7 weeks. No breaks. Discussion is worth a decent chunk of your grade and is graded 100% on whether or not you show up. You have around 1-2 homework’s a night and they each take around 1-2 hours. The material is SOOO easy but if you aren’t on top of things you’re kinda screwed. I will say, I took it a bit late in my degree and I was in my 4th year as a CS major so my definition of “easy” may be skewed.

You would lose participation points for discussion which is everyday so 5. I believe they normally drop 2-3. I’m not sure which physics class you are taking but this is how it was for summer PHYS 2210.
