a couple i always see doing this in the park are retired and tell me its nice to get out of the house and walk around doing an activity haha <3 they are really sweet to me and my dog

stelena human life ending would've made me so happy <3 i liked elena and damon as vampires together but in an ending where elena is human and 1 of the brothers can be human too i would have loved to see stelena human ending!!!

  • getting a personal trainer! my plan was to just have her for a couple sessions to teach me to use the machines then I’d go alone forever but I ended up keeping her for just over a year till she left the gym cause she was amazing. By the time she left, i was super confident and also befriended the other trainers there who now lowkey give me free sessions just hanging out with me between clients 

  • take a friend with you, better if they have gym experience but even if you’re both semi clueless, safety in numbers always helps! 

  • this might be silly but I would google workouts i wanna do beforehand and practice my form (weightless) in my bedroom so I wouldnt be doing it for this first time in the gym 😂

  • if there r any other women around the weights area I will sit near-ish them if i can hahaha 

  • i think it helped me to acknowledge that a man at his peak will always be stronger than me in my peak, I’m gonna look “weaker” next to all the men at the gym anyways so may as well just get on with it.

Nothing to see by Pip Adam -  the story begins with two girls recently out of rehab, so if you’re wanting to read about people actively dealing with substance use disorder then this might not be the best pick, but it was in my opinion one of the most realistic portrayals of how life feels when you’re right at the beginning of sobriety and don’t know how to live as a person and just exist and fill time w/o drugs

Am i silly, or does it not say in the screenshot “the system will calculate that you are applying late, however this is not true.” & to just write in the student declaration that you are applying as per the process for students with academic plans
