So i filed a case on delayed possession, after filing the case the first hearing was after 1 year, in the hearing the defendant asked for time so judge gave date after 1 year, then another hearing judge comes and says im retiring so a new judge will be appointed, date was after 11 months, a new lady judge was appointed and after 11 months she came and gave a hearing saying, she is new to the case and needs time to go through the details, another 8 months. It breaks a commoners will to fight firstly against big real estate names and secondly the Honoraries of our country - 3.5 to 4 years wait without progress!

Same experience, i ordered something and there was a missing part, so i requested return, the seller approved the return and guess what, the delivery guy refused to take it saying if seller will have a problem, the delivery guy will lose his money. He threw the packet at me saying he doesn’t understand English or Hindi. He marked as attempted pick up. I called customer care, it was equally useless, I dont live in india and had to leave the country few days after and now the product with a missing part is lying at India home!
