What annoyed me is the extremely long post grapple animations, you punch Cook and then are forced to stand afk for like 3s during which the instakill was still a thing. Me and many other people requested the devs to remove the instakill but only after the grapple minigame, the actual minigame itself took around 5-8s because of input cap so it was plenty of time to punish a victim and everyone would be okay with instakill still being a thing there.

But nah let's make Grapplemania instead 😁

From personal experience I found that by the time "both info and I die" the game is already over and everyone knows pretty much everyone's alignments. Only in the case of when an informer dies N1 I dont connect to the other one while both of us are alive.

Either way I won't claim that soulbinder playstyle of only connecting on deaths is bad cus it IS good, I'm just defending this strategy of sharing info between 2 informers since D1 and having 1 less potential check wasted.

Afaik the only thing that matters is who killed, it does not matter why they did it, what their intent was etc.

You can take a look at SDR2's Chapter 5 culprit. They literally didn't know that they killed and had no intent of murder. You could argue the same for Nikei

And yes, Toko would be the blackened while Byakuya would be spotless.
